JUDICIUM RESOLUTION

A structured platform for evidence-driven dispute resolution

Judicium Resolution coordinates specialized AI agents around a shared case record to investigate disputed facts, identify unresolved questions and prepare structured material for human-supervised adjudication.

In development

A shared, structured case record

The case record is the central artifact of every investigation. Claims, evidence, events, questions, responses and findings are organized in a single auditable structure. Both parties work from the same record. All agent analysis is linked to it, so every conclusion can be traced back to the material it was drawn from.

Specialized agents for different types of analysis

Different forms of evidence require different analytical approaches. Judicium Resolution uses purpose-built agents, each focused on a specific type of investigation.

Evidence Agent

Analyzes documentary support, corroboration and evidentiary gaps.

Chronology Agent

Reconstructs events and identifies temporal inconsistencies.

Contradiction Agent

Tests allegations and provisional conclusions against contrary evidence.

Financial Agent

Examines transactions, invoices, accounting entries and economic relationships.

Expert Evidence Agent

Compares methodologies, assumptions and source data.

Procedural Fairness Agent

Monitors whether material evidence and arguments receive appropriate contradictory review.

Case Orchestrator

Coordinates the investigation and determines which unresolved questions require attention.

Investigation that adapts as the record evolves

The investigation follows an iterative cycle. Initial analysis reveals evidentiary gaps and unanswered questions. These are surfaced as targeted questions to the parties, prompting new evidence or clarifications. The new material triggers re-analysis, which may refine the issues in dispute or identify further gaps. The process continues until the material issues are sufficiently addressed or escalated for human review.

Structured evidence challenges

Parties can challenge evidence on grounds of authenticity, completeness, provenance or interpretation. Each challenge triggers a structured review process rather than being buried in lengthy written submissions. The system tracks the status of each challenge, ensures both parties have the opportunity to respond, and surfaces unresolved challenges for decision.

Financial investigation built into the platform

The Financial Agent traces transactions, advances, payments and accounting entries across entities and time periods. It reconstructs the flow of funds, identifies discrepancies between records and tests competing explanations for the same transactions. Financial analysis is not bolted on as an afterthought. It is integrated into the investigation from the start.

Comparing expert evidence systematically

When competing expert reports are submitted, the Expert Evidence Agent isolates differences in methodology, data selection and underlying assumptions. Rather than requiring decision-makers to parse hundreds of pages to find the real disagreements, the system focuses attention on the specific points where experts actually diverge, and the evidential consequences of each position.

Human judgment where the system reaches its limits

Material uncertainty, procedural objections, evidence authenticity disputes and issues requiring professional discretion are escalated to qualified human review. The system is designed to identify these situations rather than to hide them. When the factual record cannot resolve an issue with sufficient confidence, the platform surfaces it clearly rather than manufacturing a false sense of certainty.

Traceable reasoning and auditable process

Every finding links back to the evidence supporting it. The investigation process itself is auditable: what was examined, what questions were asked, what evidence was considered, and how conclusions were reached. This traceability is essential for both parties to evaluate the reliability of the process and for any supervising institution to review it.

Designed for institutional integration

Resolution is being built as infrastructure that can support arbitrators, ADR organizations and professional associations. Procedural authority remains with the institution. The platform provides structured investigative capability without displacing the human decision-makers and institutional frameworks that govern dispute resolution.
